Our Background
Following the historical neglect of oil/gas producing and bearing communities in Akwa Ibom State in terms of provision of quality socio-economic infrastructure for enhancement of the conditions and living standards of inhabitants and the absence of social license by the oil operators leading to the creation of hostile operating environment.
Highly concerned citizens with an ambitious, but achievable position in pursuit of a better life for our people came to form (IBCODEF). The organization was conceived and birthed in 2023 with a humble seven (7) member team which presently have evolved into a vibrant
family of approximately 210 dedicated professionals.

- Play key role in the Federal Government of Nigeria Energy Transition plan (initiative)
